2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Les Z’humeurs de Coco on its website.

3. Products

The products offered are those listed on the website, subject to availability.

The creations offered by Les Z’humeurs de Coco are handcrafted. Some can be made to order. In this case, additional manufacturing time is required.

Each product is presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minimal variations may exist due to the handcrafted nature (colors, finishes, shapes, etc.).

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

Les Z’humeurs de Coco reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer places an order via the website. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

For made-to-order creations, final validation occurs after receipt of payment.

Les Z’humeurs de Coco reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Accepted payment methods are:

• PayPal

• Bancontact

• Bank transfer

The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the relay point or to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

• Preparation time and parcel drop-off at a relay point: 2 to 3 working days maximum after order validation (excluding made-to-order creations).

• For made-to-order creations: manufacturing time of 5 to 7 working days before shipment.

Carrier delivery times are indicative. Les Z’humeurs de Coco cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Reimbursement will be made after receipt of returned products in perfect condition.

In accordance with the law, personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Belgian law.

10. Liability

Les Z’humeurs de Coco cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

11. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and remains confidential.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their personal data.

12. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
