Color Sorting - Essential (wood)

Discovering colors is a fascinating step for children! From 2 years old, they can become familiar with 4 main colors: red, blue, green, and yellow, thanks to this lovely wooden sorting game from the Essentiel range. For younger children, they can have fun recognizing the same colors and associating them by placing the 16 large colored solid wood pieces into the dedicated plastic tube. Once the associations are mastered, they can move on to the second level of play. The child must reproduce the patterns offered on the 6 double-sided cards included. The different colored tubes are placed on a nice rounded natural wooden support. Very clever, these are interchangeable to add an extra challenge and avoid repetition of the activity. This toy develops hand-eye coordination, and the discovery of shapes and colors. The pieces are painted with water-based paint.
