A kit to create 3 "marine" hanging decorations with water beads. The child places the template under the transparent dimpled plate. They then position the coloured beads to reproduce the proposed design, and then spray water onto their creation. Once dry, the beads magically stick together! They then assemble beads, ribbon and charms to transform their creations into pretty hanging decorations.
