Super Duper Tutu, Cape & Mask Sets are INCREDIBLE 3-piece Super Sets! These designs could be superhero or rock star outfits! The waistbands are fabric wrapped for a nice finish and comfort (no scratching here). The emblems on the back of the capes are embroidered on the edges for a nice finish. The copper and teal cape has a large glitter star on the back of the cape, which is lined for a complete elegant finish. There are star and lightning bolt accents on the skirts with a small round piece of felt on the back to hold them securely on the tulle. The skirts have a Basque waist and two layers of tulle with a fantastic crinkled metallic lower lining layer. The masks are double sided and have a lightning bolt feature to fit perfectly with the set.
